Shipping policy

We ship worldwide via express courier.

  • STANDARD SHIPPING usually takes 3-5 business days from the time we hand over the package to the courier, unless otherwise indicated during the shipping process. EXPRESS SHIPPING usually takes 1-2 business days.
  • Always choose an address where someone can receive the package. If you prefer to receive your order at your office or at a concierge, please also indicate the name of the contact person.

During high season periods (sales, promotions, launches, etc.) delivery times may be delayed due to the high number of orders to be processed and delivered.

Deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. By logging into the portal and entering the tracking number that will be sent to you at the time of shipment, you can check the expected delivery date of your package and any updates on the delivery status. Once the order is placed, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: within 1-3 business days at a cost of €19.00

Customs fees?

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, any import customs fees will be borne by the recipient. We therefore invite you to contact the customs authorities of your country in advance to verify the costs and any import limits.

Package tracking

From the moment your package leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email containing the tracking number (Tracking Number) of the courier. You can check the status of your shipment at any time on the courier's website or by clicking here.
