HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

From delivery of your order, you have 14 (fourteen) days to request a return, whatever the reason. This means that you can communicate your intention to return the products within 14 (fourteen) days after the product has been delivered. We remind you that the service is free throughout Italy.

The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, unmodified in any way and equipped with all its tags and accessories. Indeed, we can only accept items returned in their original condition.

Activating the return or exchange procedure is simple and free throughout Italy:

The following information must be included in the email:

  • The order number to which the return refers
  • The name of the product you intend to return
  • Name, surname and email address with which the order was placed

You can find the order number on the confirmation email we sent you immediately after the purchase, with sender info@alexander1910.com . If you don't think you can find the email, check also in the SPAM folder of your email or in the Gmail Promotions folder.

What happens after I send the return request?

After sending the request, look forward to our confirmation e-mail with which we will send you the instructions for making the return.

REFUND INFORMATION

As soon as your return is returned to our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will carry out the appropriate checks. In the event of a positive outcome (compliant product, labels present, etc), we will proceed with the refund using the payment method you chose when placing the order.

Refund times

From the moment the package arrives at our warehouse, it usually takes 5 working days to complete the verification procedure and issue the refund.

From that moment, up to 8 (eight) working days may pass before you see the amount credited to your credit card or your account (the days usually depend on the credit institution or bank that issued the card).

We therefore advise you to wait at least 10 (ten) working days before writing to our Customer Service to find out the status of your refund.

Refund for missing products

It may happen that some products you ordered are not actually available. In this case we will immediately refund the exact amount of the missing products, informing you by e-mail of the refunded items and the amount that will be credited to you.

Refund following a return 

The refund includes the cost of the items you returned.

Remember to print the label you will receive and stick it on the package. Also remember to pack the goods in the same container they were sent to you in or a similar container.
